Tips For Visiting Disneyland Paris

Disneyland is a popular tourist destination among people of all ages. Whether you’re travelling with your family or a group of friends, you should definitely look up what Disneyland has to offer beforehand. Here are a few tips you could use to make the most of your visit:

First of all, Disneyland Paris is made up of two separate parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. While it’s impossible to visit both of them on the same day, it’s best to pick one to explore thoroughly. Disneyland Park is regarded as the better choice. Either way, it’s difficult to find a time when Disneyland Paris is not crowded, since there are always exciting parades and special offers floating around. However, it is advisable to visit Disneyland in spring or summer, as cold weather can make it difficult for you to enjoy the park during winter and autumn. Also, some of the rides might be closed due to snow or rain.

Another pressing matter is how to see Disneyland without spending too much money. Make sure you shop around for low priced Disneyland Paris tickets for the park entry fees. The resort’s hotels are ridiculously expensive for the average traveller, so it’s best to stay at one of the partner hotels in Paris where there’s a free shuttle bus that will take you to Disneyland. Alternatively, some prefer travelling from the airport to Disneyland with the TGV or by shuttle bus.

Once you’re inside the resort, it’s pretty obvious that you’ll spend most of the day there. However, you’ll still need to eat something and if you’re not careful with your money you’ll waste it on snacks and overpriced meals. There are several types of places you can eat in, from simple fast food places to restaurants. Some are more expensive than others, so make sure you look around for the best prices.

If you want to save money, you can easily just pack a couple of snacks with you at the hotel and bring them in your backpack. That way, you can eat whenever you want without spending large sums of money. But, if you really want to enjoy a meal in a particular restaurant, it’s best to make reservations. Since the resort is always very crowded, it might be difficult to find an empty seat during different times of the day.

Another important thing to note is that Disneyland Park is split into several different areas. It is unlikely that you’ll get to try each ride in the resort, so make sure you look through the official website and figure out what you’d like to see first. You can also try to print out a map or pick one once you get to the resort. That way, you won’t waste time trying to find each place. Try and set off as early as you can so you can get on more rides. Also, if you’re travelling with children, make sure you research all the rides and avoid picking the ones where there are height restrictions. Either way, you shouldn’t miss the daily parade, no matter who is coming with you on this trip.

Finally, while you’re there, consider looking into and using the Fastpass service to avoid long queues. The Fastpass service gives you an allotted timeslot to go to on certain rides. That way, when you show up, you won’t have to wait in line to go on. You can also fit in other activities before the allotted time. Either way, if you’re travelling to Disneyland and there are no height restrictions, make sure you check out the following rides: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, Big Thunder Mountain, and Space Mountain.

If you know how to put together your schedule, and if you’re strict about not going over your budget, a trip to Disneyland Paris shouldn’t be too difficult to manage. Just make sure you set aside some money and time for it when buying your plane ticket and reserving your hotel room.
